2011 College Steno Training Forum was held in Tsinghua Unive

October 22, 2011, the 2011 College Steno Training Forum was held in Tsinghua University. This forum was hosted by Intersteno Education Committee, and undertaken by Beijing Stenography Association.

Representatives from over 30 universities and colleges of all over China attended the forum. Mr. Tang Kewei, Vice Chairman of Beijing Stenography Association made a speech for the opening. Mr. Simon Sun, Chairman of Intersteno Education Committee attended the meeting. Representatives from schools and companies gave lectures on the meeting.

The forum discussed the following issues in detail: training system, diversification growth of talents, new technology and old major, the application and developing of steno secretary and business needs for steno talents.

Yawei Steno Major Construction Committee was also set up in the forum. Ms. Li Xiaotang from Liaoning Administration College of Police and Justice hold a post of Chairman. The committee will commit to guide colleges to training steno better.
